Below, as of May 2026 is the software that currently support the DT Nexus Transmissive Target, or have committed to do so.

- DT Nexus
- basICColor 
  - Windows: Requires version 6.5.0 build 3520 
  - Mac: Requires 6.5.0 build 3550
  - If you have a license to basICColor but have an older version please contact DT for assistance download 6.5.0
- GoldenThread
  - Requires 10.45.0.0 or higher, released 1/10/25
- ColorBurst Camera Profiler
  - Requires modified OQM file to comport to ColorBurst non-standard expectations. Contact DT support for assistance
- ImageZebra
