Stellar XL Installation
Required Tools
- Adjustable Wrench OR 3/4" Combination Wrench
Required Parts
- 2x DT Stellar XLs
- 2x TVMP adapter w/bolt and washer
- 2x TVMP thumb screws
- 2x C-Stands
Steps
Remove light from the box. The packaging foam should stay on, allowing you to place light on surface, with the mounting yoke accessible.
If necessary, remove the bolt from the TVMP adapter. Place the bolt through hole in yoke. The washer should be underneath the bolt head, not between the TVMP adapter and the yoke.
Screw the TVMP adapter onto the end of the bolt, then tighten using the wrench
Place the light onto a C-Stand. The TVMP adapter is designed to be a close fit for the top of the C-Stand, but it should fit on smoothly.
Using thumb screw, secure the TVMP adapter to C-Stand.
Plug in power and ethernet cables. It is recommended to connect both lights with the included Ethernet cable to allow simultaneous adjustment, or facilitate a connection to DT Nexus.
