Connecting with an Admin Account

steps ensure you are logged in as an admin user ensure all units have their mode switch set to “computer control ” (note that a small number of units use the label "fadgi flow" instead of "computer control") power on the first unit and connect the ethernet cable to the back of the unit the indicator ring will cycle in light blue, indicating it is waiting to connect to dt nexus plug the other end of the ethernet cable into dt connect if using multiple stellars, connect an additional ethernet cable to the back of the first unit and connect the other end to the next unit power on the next unit and continue until all lights are daisy chained if using a foot pedal (suggested) plug the male output of the foot pedal into the “sync” input of any stellar plug the dt connect into a computer with dt nexus and launch the application once each dt stellar is connected to dt nexus, the entire led indicator ring will turn a solid light blue from this point forward the control dial will be unresponsive to user input as all changes are managed in dt nexus
